Returns or Exchanges
We will do a return or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your product. Please contact our customer service department.
Sales Tax
Texas customers will be taxed the standard State Sales Tax rate unless we have a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate on file for your company.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Returning customers can opt for account billing / invoice billing.
Shipping
Our primary shipping method is UPS. We charge standard UPS rates. We will be happy to ship your order any method you prefer, but please note that may delay processing your order. We also welcome pick-ups at our office in Arlington, TX. At this time, our website is not equipped to quote shipments going outside of the United States. Please contact our Customer Service department and we will help with your International shipping needs.
